According to Michelangelo Buonarroti, "Trifles make perfection, and perfection is no trifle" Since trifle means a thing of little value or importance. I think the whole sentence means a person needs to accomplish different little achievements in order to be success. However, perfection itself is not a trifle. I totally agree with this statement. The reason is that it is hard for a person to achieve perfection or success with one single action or accomplishment. One always needs to complete many trifles before one reaches his/her goal. It is impossible for a person to have a meteoric rise. Take my SAT standardize test as an example. In the beginning, my SAT score is probably the lowest in the whole junior class. I was very upset and disappointed. Nevertheless, feeling upset cannot change anything about my lamentable score. Therefore, I started to practice 20 math questions every day. I not only understand how to solve the problems, but also I studied each mistake I made. Moreover, it is very difficult for Asians to improve their reading score. Then, I decided to memorize vocabularies in order to improve my reading score. In the end, my SAT score actually improved. This makes me understand that Trifles make perfection, but perfection is no trifle.
