Journal Entry 19 - POV

Who tells a story can make a great influence. How come? Every single person has different thoughts. So, the way that story created must be unique and different. Now, if two people get into a fight, when you ask each individual what happened after their fight. The story will definitely be different. I believe that both of them will strongly disagree he/she is the one who start the fighting. However, if the story is told by a friend of one of the people, then how the story goes needs to depend on “advantages”. Advantage in here means that friend might not want to break his/her friendship with the other person, who is in the fight. So, that friend will probably change the original story in order to give more advantages to his/her friend.
I have had a situation about a student is suspected for cheating on an exam. Nevertheless, some students said that they saw she put notes on her table and small notes in her pencil box. On the other hand, some of her friends convince that she did not cheat on the test. So, it is difficult for a person to decide whether she cheated on the exam when you do not have any evidence to support your decision. In fact, I think no one finds out if she cheated or not, neither do I; because my seat was far away from, so I can hardly see her from my spot.
